In Pierre Bourdeau's will there were to be arrangements for Dominique to inherit land, in census records we find the word "Cultivateur" meaning Farmer. This trend continued on to Samuel Bourdeau who left Quebec in 1873 and moved to Wisconsin where he married Mary Berland in 1874. Samuel comes back to Quebec between 1800 to 1886, as his father Olivier Bourdeau dies in 1884. Samuel's son George is born in Quebec in 1886. The family then moves to Minneapolis where they are living next door to Mary Berland's family during the 1900 census. In 1913 George Bourdeau has my grandma Marie Bourdeau, born on Nov 6th 1913.  Marie marries Vernon Lloyd around 1935, my dad Vernon, jr is born June 2nd 1946.
